What does “Magnificent Eight” dream of?

The TV Channel Russia has finished a fascinating project for youth and about youth.

Many pretenders willing to win the main prize – a visit to St Petersburg for the G8 summit and 2 weeks rest in a youth camp – passed through strong selection in their native cities and towns. It was a complicated test. Several actors were visiting various regions of Russia trying to find new talents. Among the members of the selecting group were Anita Tzoi, Olga Budina, Vladislav Galkin, Dmitry Kharatian, Alezei Panin, Anastasia Melnikova and others.

To win the pretenders had to know the school program and the capitals of Latin America states perfectly. They to show their skills and talents in dancing, singing, humoring. Briefly, they had to show themselves real showmen.

There were only 64 winners from 8 Russian cities –St Petersburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Ekaterinburg, Kaliningrad, Rostov-on-Don and Moscow. Every Sunday during 2 months TV spectators wished good luck to young talented boys and girls. And they were giving their sympathy to those they liked most. And only 2 days ago we saw the whole team of the winners – the winners of the Magnificent Eight: Sofa Dzuba from Rostob-on-Don, Ariadna Chernova from Vladivostok, Tania Ushakova from Ekaterinburg, Serguei Romanovich from Tomsk, Misha Urersky from Kazan, Kirill Levin from St Petersburg, Pasha Golodov from Kaliningrad, Anton Yurko from Moscow.
